Instructions: – Fill in all fields.

– The short test must be longer than 4 minutes (4-10′ is recommended)
– At a minimum, the long test should be at least twice as long as the shortest one.

Test example:

– Intermediate: 12′
– Long: 20′

The quality of the model depends on the quality of the data. Make sure that all the data you enter is truly representative of your performance and has been done under similar environmental conditions (temperature, altitude).
